Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Orders that are opened during a live stream are not eligible for returns. Sealed orders opened after delivery are also not covered by the return guarantee.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or returned, as they are not covered by the consumer right of withdrawal.

When opening a sealed product (including cases, booster boxes, booster packs, or any other sealed products sold by TCG-Lwd), the right of return becomes void if the seal is broken or damaged.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to send the product back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 business days so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Opened sealed products

Products opened during a live stream

Pre-order items

Sale items

Gift cards

If a sealed product has been opened, we cannot accept the return due to the reduced value of the product, unless otherwise agreed via email.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to:

Return the original item

Place a new order for the desired product after the return has been approved

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

To qualify:

The item must be unused

In original packaging

With tags attached

Proof of purchase must be provided

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Pre-Order Policy – TCG-Lwd

TCG-Lwd occasionally offers pre-order products to allow customers to secure items before their official release.

Pre-order items are typically shipped on the release date or within 2–3 business days after release, depending on supplier delivery.

If there is a delay from the supplier, orders will be shipped as soon as the products arrive at our warehouse.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation request is accepted, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

By placing a pre-order, you automatically agree to this policy.

If your order has not shipped 3.5 weeks after the official release date, you may cancel your order without additional fees and receive a full refund.

Pre-Order Price Changes

We always aim to provide accurate pricing before release, but prices may fluctuate due to the nature of trading card products.

If the price drops, we cannot refund the difference.

If the price increases, we will never cancel your order or ask for additional payment.

Orders Containing Pre-Order Items

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the order will be shipped only when all items are available.

To receive in-stock items faster, we recommend placing separate orders.
